  • Performance Sports Group Ltd (NYSE: PSG) shares dipped 61.5 percent to $1.34. Performance Sports reported that it would not file its Annual Report on Form 10-K by the August 15, 2016 deadline.
  • Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: AUPH) shares tumbled 56.5 percent to $1.78. Aurinia Pharma reported that its Phase IIB voclosporin study met its primary endpoint.
  • Merus Labs International Inc (USA) (NASDAQ: MSLI) dropped 20.3 percent to $0.980. Merus Labs reported a Q3 net loss of $5.1 million, versus a year-ago loss of $1.8 million.

  • Cleantech Solutions International Inc (NASDAQ: CLNT) shares declined 16.6 percent to $1.05. Cleantech Solutions posted a Q2 net loss of $0.15 per share, versus a year-ago profit of $0.31 per share.
  • New Concept Energy, Inc. (NYSE: GBR) shares dropped 11.2 percent to $3.42. New Concept Energy reported a Q2 loss of $0.07 per share, versus a year-ago profit of $0.06 per share.
  • Concordia International Corp (NASDAQ: CXRX) shares fell 8.7 percent to $9.25. GMP Securities downgraded Concordia International from Buy to Hold, while CIBC downgraded the stock from Sector Performer to Underperformer.
  • Mid-America Apartment Communities Inc (NYSE: MAA) shares declined 5.9 percent to $96.16. Mid-America Apartment announced plans to buy Post Properties Inc (NYSE: PPS) for around $3.88 billion. Jefferies downgraded Mid-America Apartment Communities from Buy to Hold.
  • Ability Inc (NASDAQ: ABIL) dropped 5.7 percent to $4.60. Ability posted a Q2 loss of $0.13 per share on revenue of $1.02 million.
  • Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE: BMI) shares fell 3.6 percent to $68.55. Badger Meter announced a 2-for-1 stock split and a 15 percent raise in its quarterly dividend from $0.20 per share to $0.23 per share.
