  • Roth Capital downgraded JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE: JKS) from Buy to Neutral. JinkoSolar shares declined 1.10 percent to $18.85 in pre-market trading.

  • Analysts at Needham downgraded Hortonworks Inc (NASDAQ: HDP) from Buy to Hold. Hortonworks shares fell 32.94 percent to $8.47 in pre-market trading.
  • Deutsche Bank downgraded Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: OXY) from Buy to Hold. Occidental Petroleum shares fell 0.17 percent to close at $74.25 on Thursday.
  • CIBC downgraded Sierra Wireless, Inc. (USA) (NASDAQ: SWIR) from Sector Perform to Sector Underperform. Sierra Wireless shares declined 18.5 percent to $14.00 in pre-market trading.
  • Analysts at Baird downgraded Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: REGN) from Outperform to Neutral. Regeneron Pharmaceuticals shares fell 1.81 percent to close at $433.40 on Thursday.
  • Analysts at William Blair downgraded FireEye Inc (NASDAQ: FEYE) from Outperform to Market Perform. FireEye shares fell 15.52 percent to $14.15 in pre-market trading.
  • Barclays downgraded Apache Corporation (NYSE: APA) from Overweight to Equal-weight. Apache shares fell 3 percent to close at $50.18 on Thursday.
