Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are:

  • Wall Street expects Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) to report quarterly earnings at $0.60 per share on revenue of $36.29 billion before the bell. Ford shares rose 0.79 percent to $13.95 in after-hours trading.
  • Analysts expect Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) to post quarterly earnings at $1.11 per share on revenue of $29.54 billion after the bell. Amazon.com shares gained 0.79 percent to $742.50 in after-hours trading.
  • Harley-Davidson Inc (NYSE: HOG) is expected to report quarterly earnings at $1.54 per share on revenue of $1.67 billion. Harley-Davidson will release earnings report before the markets open. Harley-Davidson shares dropped 0.36 percent to $50.40 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Facebook Inc (NASDAQ: FB) reported stronger-than-expected results for its second quarter on Wednesday. Daily active users (DAUs) rose 17 percent year-over-year to 1.13 billion, while monthly active users (MAUs) surpassed 1.7 billion, up from 1.65 billion last quarter. Facebook shares surged 4.53 percent to $128.93 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts are expecting Alphabet Inc (NASDAQ: GOOGL) to have earned $8.04 per share on revenue of $20.75 billion in the latest quarter. Alphabet will release earnings after the markets close. Alphabet shares gained 1.05 percent to $770.00 in after-hours trading.
  • Wall Street expects Mastercard Inc (NYSE: MA) to report quarterly earnings at $0.90 per share on revenue of $2.59 billion before the bell. Mastercard shares gained 0.68 percent to $94.39 in after-hours trading.
  • Bristol-Myers Squibb Co (NYSE: BMY) is estimated to report quarterly earnings at $0.66 per share on revenue of $4.61 billion before the bell. Bristol-Myers Squibb shares rose 1.03 percent to $77.26 in after-hours trading.

  • Groupon Inc (NASDAQ: GRPN) reported a narrower-than-expected quarterly loss and lifted its revenue forecast for 2016. Groupon shares jumped 23.81 percent to $4.68 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts expect Expedia Inc (NASDAQ: EXPE) to post quarterly earnings at $0.77 per share on revenue of $2.25 billion. Expedia will release earnings report after the closing bell. Expedia shares rose 0.34 percent to $117.60 in after-hours trading.
  • Dow Chemical Co (NYSE: DOW) is projected to report quarterly earnings at $0.86 per share on revenue of $11.27 billion before the bell. Dow Chemical shares slipped 0.24 percent to $53.50 in after-hours trading.
  • GoPro Inc (NASDAQ: GPRO) posted better-than-expected results for its second quarter and issued a strong outlook for 2016. GoPro shares rose 0.69 percent to $11.65 in the after-hours trading session.
  • ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) is estimated to report a quarterly loss at $0.58 per share on revenue of $5.38 billion before the bell. ConocoPhillips shares rose 0.27 percent to $40.18 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts expect Western Digital Corp (NASDAQ: WDC) to post quarterly earnings at $0.70 per share on revenue of $3.44 billion after the bell. Western Digital shares rose 0.49 percent to $53.70 in after-hours trading.
  • Whole Foods Market, Inc. (NASDAQ: WFM) posted in-line earnings for its recent quarter, but the company issued a weak earnings forecast for the fourth quarter. Whole Foods shares dropped 5.17 percent to $31.90 in the after-hours trading session.
  • After the closing bell, Wynn Resorts, Limited (NASDAQ: WYNN) is projected to post quarterly earnings at $0.93 per share on revenue of $1.03 billion. Wynn Resorts shares rose 0.06 percent to $102.30 in after-hours trading.
