  • B. Riley downgraded XO Group Inc (NYSE: XOXO) from Buy to Neutral. XO Group shares rose 2.98 percent to close at $18.98 on Wednesday.
  • Raymond James downgraded Texas Capital Bancshares Inc (NASDAQ: TCBI) from Strong Buy to Outperform. Texas Capital Bancshares shares gained 0.22 percent to close at $50.18 on Wednesday.
  • Analysts at Monness Crespi Hardt downgraded Black Knight Financial Services Inc (NYSE: BKFS) from Neutral to Sell. Black Knight Financial shares rose 0.97 percent to close at $38.71 on Wednesday.
