  • Bonanza Creek Energy Inc (NYSE: BCEI) shares dropped 40.8 percent to $1.35. Bonanza Creek Energy has retained Perella Weinberg Partners to advise the company and assist in analyzing and evaluating financial and transactional alternatives, including restructuring options.
  • Avinger Inc (NASDAQ: AVGR) shares dipped 38.5 percent to $7.03 after the company cut its FY16 sales outlook.
  • SemiLEDs Corporation (NASDAQ: LEDS) shares dropped 18.7 percent to $6.60 following Q2 earnings report. SemiLEDS reported a Q3 loss of $1.06 per share on revenue of $2.4 million.
  • Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc (NYSE: HLX) shares tumbled 10.1 percent to $7.12. Helix Energy Solutions is expected to report its Q2 financial and operational results on July 19, 2016.
  • FreightCar America, Inc. (NASDAQ: RAIL) fell 8.3 percent to $14.14. Stifel Nicolaus downgraded FreightCar America from Buy to Hold.
  • AAR Corp. (NYSE: AIR) shares declined 8.1 percent to $23.01 as the company posted weaker-than-expected earnings for its fourth quarter on Tuesday.
  • Michaels Companies Inc (NASDAQ: MIK) shares dropped 7.6 percent to $26.69. Michaels Companies reported an offering of 11 million shares via selling holders. The company now expects Q2 results in the lower-to-middle range of its earlier disclosed outlook.
  • GW Pharmaceuticals PLC- ADR (NASDAQ: GWPH) shares declined 5.7 percent to $91.55. GW Pharma priced its 2.8 million offering at $90 per ADS.
  • Yelp Inc (NYSE: YELP) shares declined 4.8 percent to $28.94. Wells Fargo downgraded Yelp from Market Perform to Underperform.
  • Host Hotels and Resorts Inc (NYSE: HST) shares slipped 4.7 percent to $16.35. P Morgan downgraded Host Hotels & Resorts from Neutral to Underweight.
