Also, mid-day the company announced the issuance of Vasostrict patent.After a higher open,it retreated only a penny to $14.05 before continuing its move higher. the ensuing rally has taken the issue to $16.41 before falling back into the mid $15 handle. That marks the highest level for the issue since June 20, when it peaked at $16.90.
