  • Barclays PLC (ADR) (NYSE: BCS) shares dipped 20.6 percent to $7.06 after declining 20.48 percent on Friday. BofA/Merrill Lynch downgraded Barclays from Buy to Neutral, while JP Morgan also downgraded the stock to Neutral.
  • Cobalt International Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CIE) shares fell 17.5 percent to $1.51. Crude oil dropped 2.7 percent to trade at $46.34 a barrel.
  • Eyegate Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: EYEG) shares declined 17.4 percent to $2.52. EyeGate reported a $3.77 million registered direct offering.
  • Lloyds Banking Group PLC (ADR) (NYSE: LYG) shares fell 15.2 percent to $2.83 after dipping 23.27 percent on Friday. JPMorgan downgraded Lloyds Banking from Overweight to Neutral, while BofA/Merrill Lynch also downgraded the stock to Underperform.
  • Ryanair Holdings plc (ADR) (NASDAQ: RYAAY) shares declined 13.7 percent to $67.02. Ryanair launched a 24-hour £9.99 ($13.61) flash sale for air tickets for those in need of a getaway after Brexit.
  • Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC (NYSE: RBS) shares dropped 11.3 percent to $4.82 after dropping 27.55 percent on Friday. JPMorgan downgraded Royal Bank of Scotland from Neutral to Underweight, while BofA/Merrill Lynch also downgraded the stock from Neutral to Underperform.
  • Credit Suisse Group AG (ADR) (NYSE: CS) shares dropped 8.2 percent to $10.57 after falling 16.11 percent on Friday. JP Morgan downgraded Credit Suisse from Neutral to Underweight, while reducing the price target from SF15 to SF11.
  • UBS Group AG (USA) (NYSE: UBS) declined 8.1 percent to $12.82 after tumbling 13.35 percent on Friday. JPMorgan downgraded UBS from Neutral to Underweight.
  • Deutsche Bank AG (USA) (NYSE: DB) shares fell 6.1 percent to $13.83 after dropping 17.49 percent on Friday. JPMorgan downgraded Deutsche Bank from Overweight to Neutral.
