(NASDAQ: MPWR) reported a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, in line with the previous payout. Monolithic Power Systems shares declined 1.47 percent to close at $67.90 on Friday.On Friday, Albemarle Corporation (NYSE: ALB) announced plans to sell its Chemetall Surface Treatment business to Germany's BASF SE (ADR) (OTC: BASFY) for around $3.2 billion in cash. BASF shares declined 0.65 percent to close at $76.75 on Friday, while Albemarle shares rose 0.23 percent to $82.99 in the after-hours trading session.
