- Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: TNXP) shares dropped 19.51 percent to $1.98. Tonix Pharma priced public offering of 5 million shares at $2 per share.
- Cavium Inc (NASDAQ: CAVM) shares declined 16.68 percent to $39.99 as the company announced plans to buy QLogic Corporation (NASDAQ: QLGC) for about $1.36 billion.
- TETRA Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TTI) shares tumbled 13.79 percent to $5.50. TETRA Technologies priced an offering of 10 million shares at $5.50 per share.
- Earthstone Energy Inc (NYSE: ESTE) shares declined 13.45 percent to $10.36. Earthstone Energy priced public offering of 4.5 million shares at $10.50 per share.
- BioScrip Inc (NASDAQ: BIOS) fell 9.64 percent to $1.98. BioScrip and HS Infusion Holdings, Inc., reported that they have entered into an amended agreement. The amendment now reduces the closing consideration to $75 million from $85 million.
- Oasis Petroleum Inc. (NYSE: OAS) shares declined 8.69 percent to $9.35 following a decline in the oil price. Crude oil futures fell 3.4 percent to $46.39 per barrel.
- Pioneer Natural Resources (NYSE: PXD) shares dropped 5.56 percent to $153.47. Pioneer Natural Resources priced its 5.25 million share offering for gross proceeds of $827 million.
- Envision Healthcare Holdings Inc (NYSE: EVHC) shares declined 5 percent to $26.14. Envision Healthcare and Amsurg Corp (NASDAQ: AMSG) reported that they would merge in an all-stock deal.
