ReneSola shares gained 2.50 percent to close at $1.23 on Friday.German company Bayer AG (ADR) (OTC: BAYRY) reported that it has made an offer to acquire Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON) for $62 billion, or $122 per share in cash.
