Jefferies is raising its 2011 EPS estimates on L-3 Communications Holdings (NYSE: LLL) to $8.45 from $8.35.“The estimate change reflects the non-operating benefits of an estimated 25-40 basis points increase in the AA discount rate vs. our prior estimate,” Jefferies writes.“We maintain our Hold rating on shares of LLL. The company continues to build a very diversified and balanced portfolio of businesses designed to solve national security issues. We believe that shares fully discount LLL's favorable business mix, strong cash flow generation, and potential capital redeployment opportunities.”L-3 Communications closed Friday at $75.87.
