The catalyst for the decline is a Q4 miss by a dime with roughly $5 million less in revenues. The immediate reaction in the after-hours session was a spike down to $61.01. However off the open, it found support ahead of that level at $62.20. So far, the rebound off the low has stalled at $64.14.The added significance to the $64 area results from $63.94 being its August 24 Flash Crash low.
