Groupon Inc. (NASDAQ: GRPN) shares are trading lower at $3.68 in Wednesday's session. It is retreating after back to back gains of $0,65 and $1,19, It posted a close on Tuesday at $4.08, which marked its first close over $4 since September 22, when it ended the session at the same price.Off the open, it found sellers just ahead of Tuesday's high ($4.24), only reaching $4.13 before turning lower. So far, the ensuing decline has found intaday support at $3.60, but has not been able to distance itself from that low.If the decline continues, Tuesday's low in the issue, does not come in until $3.27.
