Visa Inc (NYSE: V) shares are trading lower by $2.22 at $67.93 in Thursday's session. Bank of America's downgrade from Buy to Neutral has put additional selling pressure on the issue in an already weak tape.After a lower open, it rallied and found resistance right at the lower end of Wednesday's range ($69.07) and began to drift lower. It came back down to match its low from the open ($67.43), but has been struggling to remain in the $68 handle.The low for its recent slide was made on Tuesday at $66.12.
