AT&T (NYSE: T) shares are unchanged at $35.40 in Wednesday's session. Before the open, the company announced inline Q4 earning on slightly lower sales.Following a lower open, it immediately bottomed at $34.90 and began to chug higher despite the chaos in the broad market.The rebound has enable the issue to make a new seven month high at $35.80. That is just shy of its July high of $35.93.
