Shares of Flextronics International Ltd. (NASDAQ: FLEX) were trading up more than 4 percent on Friday’s after-hours session, recuperating most of the ground lost (4.1 percent) during the day. It appears that the decline seen during the regular trading session was triggered by the announcement of the expiration of the company’s offer to exchange unregistered 4.75 percent Notes due 2025 for the same amount of 4.75 percent Notes due 2025 that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933.

Other stocks rebounding after tumbling on Friday included:

  • Egalet Corp (NASDAQ: EGLT), up about 6.6 percent after losing 6.4 percent.
  • Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co (NASDAQ: GT), up almost 3.2 percent after falling 3.03 percent on disappointing 2016 guidance.
  • SemGroup Corp (NYSE: SEMG), up more than 9 percent after a 13.98 percent decline over the day driven by declining oil prices.
  • SM Energy Co (NYSE: SM), up over 8 percent, following a 15.2 percent decline over the regular trading session.
  • AerCap Holdings N.V. (NYSE: AER), up almost 7.5 percent, after plunging 7 percent during the day.

Stocks falling on Friday’s after-hours session included:

  • Alcatel Lucent SA (ADR) (NYSE: ALU), down more than 9.2 percent.
  • XPO Logistics Inc (NYSE: XPO), down more than 8.2 percent.
  • Intra-Cellular Therapies Inc (NASDAQ: ITCI), down almost 7 percent.
  • HeartWare International Inc (NASDAQ: HTWR), down approximately 6.5 percent.
