This is what Nic Chahine averages with his options buys. Not selling covered calls or spreads... BUYING options. Most traders don't even have a winning percentage of 27% buying options. He has an 83% win rate. Here's how he does it.

Homebuilder names such as Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN), D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE: DHI) and KB Home (NYSE: KBH) among others saw heavy selling just before 1 p.m. ET. On December 31, Nasdaq reported outflows in SPDR S&P Homebuilder (ETF) (NASDAQ: XHB) reached 3 percent week over week, signaling many investors fled exposure.

Traders speculated of a possible ETF creation driving the mid-day volatility. Reports have been circulating of various hedge funds seeking to design trades that would pay off should the structural makeup of the ETF market fail.
