Pernix Therapeutics Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: PTX) shares fell 5.76 percent to $2.78 in pre-market trading after rising 4.24 percent on Thursday.
Tesla Motors Inc (NASDAQ: TSLA) shares fell 3.96 percent to $230.50 in pre-market trading following Sunday's disclosure of auto deliveries. Tesla's Q4 deliveries rose 75 percent YoY to 17,400. Model S deliveries for 2015 came in at the lower end of the company's revised estimate, registering 50,580 vs guidance of 50,000-52,000.
Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) shares fell 3.85 percent to $110.00. Baird downgraded Netflix from Outperform to Neutral and lowered the price target from $128.00 to $115.00.
Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) shares fell 2.33 percent to $660.11. Monness Crespi Hardt downgraded Amazon.com from Buy to Neutral.
