VeriFone Systems Inc (NYSE: PAY) reported better-than-expected earnings for its fiscal fourth quarter, but the company issued a weak forecast for first quarter and fiscal 2016. VeriFone shares dropped 2.65 percent to $25.75 in the after-hours trading session.
