This industry declined 5.1 percent by 11:00 am with Dean Foods Co (NYSE: DF) moving down 7 percent. Morgan Stanley downgraded Dean Foods from Equal-weight to Underweight and lowered the price target from $19.00 to $17.00. Regional Airlines: The industry dropped 4.4 percent by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was Republic Airways Holdings Inc.
