PTC Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTCT) shares declined 11.81 percent to $28.00 in pre-market trading. Jefferies downgraded PTC Therapeutics from Hold to Underperform and lowered the price target from $26.00 to $18.00. HP Inc (NYSE: HPQ) shares fell 8.74 percent to $13.37 in pre-market trading after the company reported results for its fiscal fourth quarter and issued a weak profit forecast. TerraForm Power Inc (NASDAQ: TERP) shares tumbled 6 percent to $8.30 in pre-market trading after gaining 5.50 percent on Tuesday. Shire PLC (ADR) (NASDAQ: SHPG) shares dipped 2.43 percent to $203.93 in pre-market trading. Shire is preparing to make a new bid for Baxalta Inc (NYSE: BXLT), according to sources as reported by Reuters. Baxalta rejected a $30 billion Shire offer in August, which valued Baxalta at $45.23 per share, saying the offer undervalued Baxalta.
