Shares of HP Inc (NYSE: HPQ) were trading down more than 5 percent in Tuesday’s after-hours session, following the announcement of the company’s fourth quarter financial results (the last call before the split). The company delivered earnings of $0.93 per share on sales of $25.714 billion, missing the Street's consensus estimate of $0.97 per share and $26.36 billion.

As of fiscal 2016, HP and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co (NYSE: HPE) will report their results separately. Shares of the latter were up more than 2.2 percent.

A21Vianet Group Inc (NASDAQ: VNET) lost roughly 3.7 percent after the bell rang. The small-cap Chinese carrier-neutral Internet data center services provider reported earnings of $0.02 per share on revenue of $145.4 million, missing guidance and the Street's projection of $0.05 per share and $162.17 million.

Guess?, Inc. (NYSE: GES) was up approximately 2.5 percent after the market closed. While both earnings and sales fell year-over-year, they still came in ahead of estimates. The Street was modeling consensus earnings of $0.11 per share on revenue of $521.68 million; however, the retailer reported earnings of $0.15 per share on revenue of $521 million.

KaloBios Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: KBIO) continued to move on the Martin Shkreli saga. The stock, which rose more than 1,700 percent in four days, fell 53.42 percent on Tuesday, recuperating slightly (up about 3 percent) after hours.
