NCR Corp (NYSE: NCR) shares are trading lower by $0.11 at $26.67 in Thursday's session. The issue reached $27.80 off the open after Blackstone announced at 15 percent stake in the company.Since August the issue has found major resistance near the $28 level, making several attempts to clear that level but not being able to.
