JP Morgan downgraded Akamai Technologies from Overweight to Neutral and lowered the price target from $75.00 to $65.00.
Twitter Inc (NYSE: TWTR) fell 9.62 percent to $28.29 in pre-market trading. Twitter reported better-than-expected earnings for the third quarter, but the company issued a weak revenue forecast.
Marvell Technology Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: MRVL) shares fell 3.23 percent to $7.79 in pre-market trading after dipping 14.77 percent on Tuesday.
Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) shares dipped 2.03 percent to $100.27 in pre-market trading. Baird downgraded Cummins from Outperform to Neutral and lowered the price target from $162.00 to $118.00.
Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc (NASDAQ: WBA) shares tumbled 1.72 percent to $93.52 in pre-market trading. Walgreens Boots Alliance reported better-than-expected earnings for its fiscal fourth quarter and announced plans to buy Rite Aid Corp. (NYSE: RAD) for a total enterprise value of around $17.2 billion.
