Infosys shares slipped 0.05 percent to close at $19.15 on Friday.Dell Inc. is offering about $33 a share, plus VMware, Inc. (NYSE: VMW) tracking stock, worth approximately $8.00 per share to acquire EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC), according to a source as reported by Bloomberg on Friday. Reuters reported Sunday, that EMC has asked that a 'go-shop' provision be included in its acquisition agreement with Dell. VMWare shares gained 1.76 percent to close at $78.66 on Friday, while EMC shares climbed 2.54 percent to close at $27.87 on Friday.Analysts expect SunCoke Energy Inc (NYSE: SXC) to post its quarterly earnings at $0.02 per share on revenue of $340.20 million. SunCoke Energy shares gained 1.25 percent to close at $9.75 on Friday.Anheuser Busch Inbev SA (ADR) (NYSE: BUD) could raise its takeover offer for SABMiller plc (ADR) (OTC: SBMRY) to as much as £44 per share, according to a source, as reported by Reuters on Sunday. Anheuser-Busch shares gained 1.08 percent to close at $111.88 on Friday, while SABMiller shares surged 1.45 percent to close at $56.80 on Friday.
