The Deal:
Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: SWKS) and PMC-Sierra, Inc. (NASDAQ: PMCS) announced Tuesday that Skyworks will acquire PMC for $10.50 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $2 billion. The transaction is expected to close in H1 of 2016, subject to approval by PMC shareholders and regulatory approvals.PMC-Sierra closed at $10.24 on Tuesday, a gain of 33%.

SABMiller Said to Reject informal Bid from AB InBeThe Rumor:
SABMiller Plc (OTC: SBMRY) has rejected a bid from Anheuser-Busch InBev NV (NYSE: BUD) of approximately $100 billion, according to sources as reported by Bloomberg on Tuesday. Anheuser-Busch InBev submitted a proposal of around £40 per share last week, according to the sources.The NY Post had reported earlier that SAB Chairman Jan du Plessis, along with his management team were opposed to the Anheuser-Busch InBev takeover bid, according to a source.Anheuser-Busch InBev closed at $109.60 Tuesday, down 1%.Amerisourcebergen Acquires Pharmedium Healthcare for $2.575BThe Deal:
AmerisourceBergen (NYSE: ABC) announced Tuesday, that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately held PharMEDium Healthcare Holdings, Inc., from Clayton, Dubilier & Rice for $2.575 billion in cash. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 of FY 2016, subject to regulatory review.Amerisourcebergen closed at $93.03 Tuesday, down 2%.
