The company also issued a weak forecast for the third quarter. Universal Truckload Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: UACL) shares fell 17.24 percent to $15.89 after the company issued a downbeat Q3 guidance. C&J Energy Services, Ltd. (NYSE: CJES) shares declined 12.91 percent to $3.71 after the company reported amendments to credit facilities and issued an operational update. Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX) shares slipped 11.95 percent to $35.03 after the company announced its plans to buy EZchip Semiconductor Ltd (NASDAQ: EZCH) in a $811 million deal. Lantheus Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: LNTH) shares shrank 9.64 percent to $4.50. Wells Fargo downgraded Lantheus from Outperform to Market Perform. OXiGENE Inc (NASDAQ: OXGN) dropped 5.45 percent to $1.04 after the company reported plans to advance CA4P in two late-stage clinical trials. Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) fell 6.10 percent to $13.09 after the company issued a weak sales forecast.
