This industry declined 1.5 percent by 11:00 am with CPFL Energia S.A. (ADR) (NYSE: CPL) moving down 3.3 percent. CPFL Energia's PEG ratio is 2.99. Electronics Stores: The industry dropped 1.3 percent by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was GameStop Corp.

Analysts at Benchmark downgraded Gamestop from Hold to Sell. Telecom Services - Foreign: This industry tumbled 1.2 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was China Telecom Corporation Limited (ADR) (NYSE: CHA), which fell 3.3 percent. China Telecom shares have dropped 10.27 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has declined 0.78 percent in the same period. Foreign Money Center Banks: This industry fell 0.8 percent by 11:00 am ET. Westpac Banking Corp (ADR) (NYSE: WBK) shares dropped 1.5 percent in today's trading.
