Shares of Chesapeake Energy Corporation (NYSE: CHK) fell 12.19 percent on Wednesday after the company reported a second-quarter net loss of ($0.11) per share, in line with consensus estimates, on revenue of $3.03 billion (down 41.1 percent year-over-year), which surpassed consensus of $2.8 billion.

Despite the results, investors seemed worried.
