Allergan PLC's (NYSE: AGN) generic drug unit, according to sources as reported by the Wall Street Journal. The Allergan unit would be spun off and combined with Teva. Teva's acquisition of the Allergan business, in a deal valued at about $45 billion, could be announced as early as Monday. Teva shares fell 1.06 percent to close at $61.85 on Friday, while Allergan shares declined 2.09 percent to close at $308.36 on Friday.
Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: LECO) is estimated to report its quarterly earnings at $0.91 per share on revenue of $670.03 million. Lincoln Electric shares dropped 1.84 percent to close at $57.72 on Friday.Analysts expect
Hartford Financial Services Group Inc (NYSE: HIG) to post its quarterly earnings at $0.77 per share on revenue of $4.70 billion. Hartford Financial shares rose 0.32 percent to close at $46.47 on Friday.
