The company projected 2015 pro forma net income of $0.67 to $0.71 per share. ZaZa Energy Corporation (NASDAQ: ZAZA) shares fell 13.10 percent to $1.60. Zaza reported a Q1 loss of $0.54 per share. Goldfield Corp (NYSE: GV) dropped 12.65 percent to $1.45. Goldfield reported Q1 loss of $0.03 per share on revenue of $30.50 million. hhgregg, Inc. (NYSE: HGG) shares dipped 9.11 percent to $4.79 after the company reported a wider loss for the fiscal fourth quarter. Paycom Software Inc (NYSE: PAYC) shares slipped 8.54 percent to $35.89 after the company priced 8 million shares at $36.25 per share. Keurig Green Mountain Inc (NASDAQ: GMCR) shares dropped 8.44 percent to $94.38 following comments from the CEO Kelley on the company's KOLD brewer presentation hinting at 'slow' start to sales of the device. King Digital Entertainment PLC (NYSE: KING) declined 4.74 percent to $14.28. King Digital reported better-than-expected results for the third quarter. The "Candy Crush Saga" maker said the mid-year period will be "seasonally softer" because of foreign currency woes. For the second quarter, King Digital expected gross bookings of $490 million to $520 million. Celladon Corp (NASDAQ: CLDN) shares fell 4.26 percent to $2.25. Celladon reported a Q1 loss of $16.7 million and announced evaluating strategic options.
