The company's non-GAAP loss before non-controlling interests and redeemable non-controlling interests came in at $0.57 per share for the latest quarter.
Star Bulk Carriers Corp. (NASDAQ: SBLK) shares fell 10.74 percent to $3.37 after the company announced a $150.0 million public offering of common shares.
Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: OREX) shares dipped 8.09 percent to $5.45. The company terminated a cardiovascular outcomes trial of its anti-obesity drug Contravene, from which interim results were inadvertently released earlier this year. The trial is not being terminated because of a finding of superiority or harm. An additional trial is expected to be completed in 2020.
Arctic Cat Inc (NASDAQ: ACAT) shares declined 6.79 percent to $32.69. Arctic Cat reported a narrower-than-expected loss for the fiscal fourth quarter, but the company's sales missed analysts' estimates. The company also issued a weak forecast for the full year.
AES Corp (NYSE: AES) shares dipped 1.71 percent to $13.48 after the company announced the pricing of a 60 million share offering.
Macy's, Inc. (NYSE: M) shares declined 1.64 percent to $64.26 after the company reported downbeat Q1 earnings.
