(NYSE: NOR) shares dipped 24.67 percent to $2.26 after the company announced a secondary offering of 22.8 million shares by Apollo Global Management, which will sell its entire 33 percent stake.
NewLink Genetics Corp (NASDAQ: NLNK) shares declined 19.35 percent to $42.05. NewLink said it won't modify a Phase III study of its algenpantucel-L for patients with surgically resected pancreatic cancer following its second interim data analysis.
Rackspace Hosting, Inc. (NYSE: RAX) shares dropped 15.32 percent to $44.99. Rackspace reported downbeat revenue for the first quarter. For the second quarter, the company projected revenue growth on a constant currency basis of 1.5 percent to 2.5 percent.
Athersys, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATHX) shares fell 13.66 percent to $1.20. Athersys reported a Q1 loss of $0.16 per share.

(NASDAQ: LPSN) shares slipped 13.53 percent to $8.18. LivePerson reported downbeat Q1 sales and lowered its FY15 guidance. Credit Suisse downgraded LivePerson from Outperform to Neutral.
Astronics Corporation (NASDAQ: ATRO) shares declined 9.99 percent to $64.69. Astronics reported Q1 earnings of $0.47 per share on revenue of $161.6 million.
Depomed Inc (NASDAQ: DEPO) shares dropped 9.93 percent to $21.99. Depomed's Q1 net loss widened to $0.13 cents a share, from $0.01 cent a year earlier.
Numerex Corp. (NASDAQ: NMRX) shares dropped 9.25 percent to $9.32. Numerex reported a Q1 loss of $0.03 per share on revenue of $21.7 million.
YY Inc (ADR) (NASDAQ: YY) fell 7.39 percent to $63.87 after the company reported Q1 non-GAAP net income of RMB258.8 million on revenue of RMB1,150.3 million.
