Halyard Health Inc (NYSE: HYH) shares fell 6.84 percent to $45.51. Halyard Health reported Q1 earnings of $0.46 per share and expected 2015 adjusted earnings of $2.30 to $2.50 per share.
SolarCity Corp (NASDAQ: SCTY) slipped 2.70 percent to $59.96. Analysts at Baird downgraded SolarCity from Outperform to Neutral and lowered the price target from $83.00 to $65.00.
Keryx Biopharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: KERX) slipped 2.02 percent to $10.68. Keryx Biopharma reported a Q1 loss of $0.28 per share on revenue of $1.18 million.
Anheuser Busch Inbev SA (ADR) (NYSE: BUD) shares fell 1.82 percent to $119.18. CLSA downgraded Anheuser Busch Inbev from Outperform to Underperform.
MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) shares dropped 1.17 percent to $21.15. MGM reported better-than-expected earnings for the first quarter, but the company's revenue misses analysts' expectations.
