FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation (OTC: FUJIF) and Cellular Dynamics International, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICEL) announced Monday, that Fujifilm will acquire CDI via an all-cash tender offer to be followed by a second step merger for$16.50 per share or approximately $ 307 million.Fujifilm will commence an all-cash tender offer no later than April 6, 2015 and it is expected to close during Q2 of 2015.Cellular Dynamics gained more than 100% Monday, closing at $16.42.Catamaran to be Acquired By United Health for $61.50/ShareThe Deal:
UnitedHealth Group's (NYSE: UNH) OptumRx and Catamaran Corporation (NASDAQ: CTRX) announced Monday they have agreed to combine. OptumRx will acquire Catamaran's outstanding common stock for $61.50 per share in cash. Horizon Pharma plc (NASDAQ: HZNP) and Hyperion Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: HPTX) announced Monday, that Horizon Pharma will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Hyperion's common stock for $46.00 per share in cash, or approximately $1.1 billion on a fully diluted basis.
