The Dow slipped 0.42% to 17,775.00, while the NASDAQ composite index fell 0.26% to 4,924.40. The broader Standard & Poor's 500 index dropped 0.31% to 2,067.79.The worst performing industries in the market today are: Appliances: This industry fell 2.5% by 11:00 am ET. iRobot Corporation (NASDAQ: IRBT) shares dropped 5.5% in today's trading. Raymond James downgraded iRobot from Strong Buy to Outperform and lowered the price target from $45.00 to $41.00. Toys & Games: The industry dropped 1.7% by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was Mattel, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAT), which declined 2%. Mattel shares have dropped 36.02% over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 11.47% in the same period. Photographic Equipment & Supplies: This industry tumbled 1.6% by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was Ballantyne Strong, Inc (NYSE: BTN), which fell 2%. Ballantyne Strong's trailing-twelve-month operating margin is -1.91%. Electronics Stores: This industry declined 1.4% by 11:00 am with Best Buy Co., Inc. (NYSE: BBY) moving down 1.4%. Best Buy's trailing-twelve-month EPS is $3.49.
