The worst performer in this industry was Axiall Corporation (NYSE: AXLL), which declined 1.1%. Axiall's PEG ratio is 3.35. Cement: This industry tumbled 1% by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was CRH plc (NYSE: CRH), which fell 3.5%. Huttig Building Products' trailing-twelve-month EPS is $0.84.
