Ocwen Financial Corp. (NYSE: OCN) shares fell 22.97% to touch a new 52-week low of $16.87 after the company disclosed a settlement with the NYDFS. The company will pay $100 million civil monetary penalty and $50 million as restitution. Ocwen Financial executive chairman and founder, William Erbey, will resign and Barry Wish will become non-exec chairman.SGOCO Group, Ltd. (NASDAQ: SGOC) shares reached a new 52-week low of $0.668 after the company reported 2014 interim financial results. The company posted a net loss of $1.6 million in the first half, versus a year-ago net income of $5.1 million.Freshpet, Inc. (NASDAQ: FRPT) shares touched a new 52-week low of $14.14. Freshpet reported that its stock has been added to the Russell 3000 Index and the Russell 2000 Index. Finish Line Inc. (NASDAQ: FINL) shares fell 3.54% to touch a new 52-week low of $22.52 after Janney downgraded the stock.
