SGOCO Group, Ltd. (NASDAQ: SGOC) shares dipped 49.71% to $0.70 after the company reported 2014 interim financial results. The company posted a net loss of $1.6 million in the first half, versus a year-ago net income of $5.1 million.

Ocwen Financial Corp. (NYSE: OCN) fell 14.47% to $18.73 after the company disclosed a settlement with the NYDFS. The company will pay $100 million civil monetary penalty and $50 million as restitution. Ocwen Financial executive chairman and founder, William Erbey, will resign and Barry Wish will become non-exec chairman. Gilead Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: GILD) shares slipped 10.56% to $97.00. Gilead Sciences and Ono Pharma reported that the companies have entered into an exclusive license agreement for the development and commercialization of ONO-4059.

TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd. (NYSE: TAT) shares dropped 8.44% to $5.97 after the company announced a convertible note offering and provided a corporate update. Energy XXI Ltd. (NASDAQ: EXXI) shares fell 2.92% to $3.33 after jumping 11.00% on Friday. Randgold Resources Limited (NASDAQ: GOLD) shares declined 2.49% to $65.85 after dropping 1.32% on Friday. Gold futures fell 0.05% to trade at $1,195.40 an ounce. Biogen Idec Inc. (NASDAQ: BIIB) shares fell 1.98% to $353.52 after gaining 1.97% on Friday.
