Actel Corporation (NASDAQ: ACTL) rose 29.96% to $20.82 in the pre-market session. Microsemi Corporation (NASDAQ: MSCC) has agreed to acquire ACTL for $430 million. Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: LSCC) added 18.27% to $5.89 in the pre-market session. LSCC has announced the availability of its full rate SPI-4.2 solution based on a low cost, low power FPGA fabric. Isilon Systems Inc (NASDAQ: ISLN) soared 11.68% to $25.81 in the pre-market trading. ISLN has hired Qatalyst Partners to look for buyers. Melco Crown Entertainment Ltd (NASDAQ: MPEL) moved up 3.54% to $5.27 in the pre-market session. Analysts at Goldman upgrade MPEL from "sell" to "neutral."Read more
