The continuation of tension between the US and Russia has pushed investors to reallocate their holdings.  Year-to-Date the S&P Russian BMI Capped Index fell roughly 17 percent according to analyst with Capital IQ.   Since the tensions began, Russian companies have seen an exodus of institutional investors.
