Rocket Fuel also announced the acquisition of [x+1] for $230 million.Cytori Therapeutics (NASDAQ: CYTX) shares dipped 21.90% to touch a new 52-week low of $1.64 after the company reported that it has placed enrollment in the ATHENA and ATHENA II trials on clinical hold. Ascendiant Capital downgraded Cytori Therapeutics from Buy to Hold and removed the price target of $4.00.
