This comes as Qiao Xing Universal Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: XING) announced that it has proposed to acquire all outstanding shares of Qiao Xing Mobile. Almost 1.7 million shares have been traded today.Shares of Skilled Healthcare Group, Inc. (NYSE: SKH) are skyrocketing today, after the company settled a lawsuit. Shares are gaining 89 cents to trade at $4.39, good for a gain of 25.4%. The company agreed to settle for $50 million over too lean staffing groups, as opposed to the $677 million California had initially sought.Shares of Netezza Corporation (NYSE: NZ) are gaining 13.4% to trade at $24.20.This comes on reports that there are rumors the company could be acquired. It also canceled an investor dinner, adding to the market speculation.
