Ariad Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ARIA) shares fell 4.27% to $6.72 in pre-market trading after the company announced a proposed $175 million offering of convertible senior notes due 2019.Exelon (NYSE: EXC) shares dropped 1.40% to $35.25 in pre-market trading after the company priced 50 million shares and 20 million equity units.
