Feld Entertainment executive vice presidents Nicole and Alana Feld, famous for indoor arena events such as Monster Jam, Disney on Ice!, and Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus, stopped by CNBC's Squawk Box Monday morning to discuss Marvel Universe: LIVE!, the company's latest venture in partnership with Disney (NYSE: DIS).

“We have a partnership with Marvel. We have the largest arena spectacular to hit arenas coming this year with all the Marvel characters. It's absolutely prototypical technology; state-of-the-art stunts; high-end special effects,” said N. Feld.

The range of characters includes Spider-Man, The Avengers, Wolverine and several other X-Men, and Captain Marvel, along with associated villains such as Loki, Doctor Octopus and Red Skull. N. Feld noted that the multi-million dollar production is the largest financial undertaking that their company has ever had.

“These are special effects that are happening before your very eyes. It's no CGI. It's not something that can be done in an editing room. So it's really exciting,” said N. Feld.

The Feld family entered the circus business after their father Irvin Feld, a rock music promoter, bought the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey circus with his brother after promoting the big-tent show for a number of years.

“We're the sisters behind the Ringling Brothers,” said A. Feld.

A. Feld mentioned that tickets would be available at various price points in different markets. The show's 85-city tour is set to kick off in July of this year.

“This is the first show of its kind. So the ticket prices will, you know, reflect that…and there's a lot of demand,” said A. Feld.

Nonetheless, she highlighted the importance of keeping tickets affordable as an escape for families.
