Alvarion (in interim liquidation and receivership) (Nasdaq: ALVR) announced today that by letter dated January 14, 2014, the Company was notified that the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel (the "Panel") has determined to delist the Company's ordinary shares from The NASDAQ Capital Market, and to suspend trading in the shares effective at the open of business on January 16, 2014.
