Intellicheck Mobilisa Prices 7.78M Share Offering at $0.45/Share

Intellicheck Mobilisa (NYSE MKT: IDN) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 7,780,000 shares of its common stock, offered at a price to the public of $0.45 per share. The gross proceeds to Intellicheck Mobilisa from this offering are expected to be approximately $3,500,000 before deducting the underwriting discount and other estimated offering expenses payable by Intellicheck Mobilisa. Intellicheck Mobilisa has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,167,000 additional shares of its common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
