Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share.  The dividend is payable March 13, 2014 to shareholders of record on February 20, 2014.  The ex-dividend date will be February 18, 2014.
