Options Outlook for the Week of November 18: Markets Bullish Overall

27% profits every 20 days?

This is what Nic Chahine averages with his options buys. Not selling covered calls or spreads... BUYING options. Most traders don't even have a winning percentage of 27% buying options. He has an 83% win rate. Here's how he does it.

Markets overall are super bullish as all the shorts have been squeezed out with S&P 500 (NYSE: SPY) charging through 180. Markets are at all time highs, yet the components have not been acting well. High flyers such as Priceline.com (NASDAQ: PCLN), Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) and LinkedIn (NYSE: LNKD) have been great players during the day, but only for the first hour of trading. Its tough to continue buying higher with markets so high already, but it is very clear that the gap and fade moves are there while the momo players are not. If you want to play for a big move, look to buy dips in the financials, otherwise scalp long on high beta stocks. Always be on the lookout for the big short when the high flyers show intense weakness and inability to catch bids.Check out the video below for recap of this week's outlook.
