Alcobra Prices 2 Share Offering at $16.50/Share

Alcobra Ltd. (NASDAQ: ADHD) today announced the pricing of its public offering of 2,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of $16.50 per share. The gross proceeds to Alcobra from the offering are expected to be $33,000,000 before underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses. Alcobra has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 300,000 additional ordinary shares from Alcobra to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on October 30, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions. Stifel and Aegis Capital Corp. are acting as joint book-running managers. JMP Securities is acting as the co-lead manager for the offering.
